Can you believe it!!!! Amazon is now the number one, number uno, revenue generation market for Prolitigation LLC.

Just a few week ago Noe Diles, Prolitigation LLC President spearheaded Prolitigation's Amazon initative and it has paid off well. Sales on Amazon have more than doubled eBay sales for the first time ever by a margin 2 to 1. "Our goal is to coast on Amazon as far as it will take us" Mark Diles Prolitigation CEO stated just today.

Look Out Here Comes Liquidation.Com

There's starting to be a little chatter about Liquidation.Com around the Prolitigation camp.  Liquidation.com hit the radar last year when we were looking for new vendors to buy large lots of product.  Now, instead of buying products we are looking at selling full lots of electronic... from cell phone accessories to Cisco Server cabinets.  Of course, Liquidation.com will take a back seat to SuperMart Bazaar in this department.  Never the less, we have a warehouse full of goods and our main concern is reducing our prices and moving product.  

Company Bio

SuperMart Bazaar is a product of Prolitigation LLC founded in 2003 by Mark Diles CEO and Co-founder Noelani Diles President. Prolitigation LLC offers business solutions to primarily small and medium size businesses from marketing to expense savings and recovery. In the year 2009 Prolitigation LLC expanded its focus toward providing discount merchandise through various online markets. This proved to be a huge success for both Prolitigation LLC and its new clients and vendors. Our products are mainly name brand and not imported from overseas. We have made arrangements with major suppliers to market their overstock, customer returns, and lost leader products at a substantial discount.

This allows us to mark our product down at huge discounts and in some cases way below wholesale. Our main goal is to move product out of our warehouse before our inventory becomes overstocked. Why? Well, as you will see in doing business with us - when our inventory gets overstocked we have to sell our products at rock bottom prices and is some cases below the price which we purchased the items ourselves. That is one of the main reasons why we choose to have memberships for our special friends and customers.

Although we have excelled in ready made marketplaces like Amazon and EBay, there still exist a level of control they have on the way we wish to market our products. For example: we believe that we can always work out a satisfactory compromise with our customers if something goes wrong, and still maintain a perfect relationship. One of the two markets mentioned above only allows you to work out an arrangement with your client to remove negative feedback up to 5 times a year. The problem with that is dealing with the type of sales volume we produce on a monthly basis and a large portion of that business being in various electronics. Have you ever been to the customer service counter at an electronics store? We deal with unhappy customers more than 5 times a year... everyone does. And although we have an excellent customer service ratings in both markets we strive for perfection which you can experience for yourself if you so desire. 

Hence, we have created SuperMart Bazaar to not only to gain greater control over our business operations, but to reduce our already low prices.  We are extremely grateful to both Amazon and EBay for allowing us the privilege to sell in their highly profitable markets.  Without them both we would not have been able to grow our business to the extent that we now enjoy.  In other for them to exist they must charge sellers a small percentage to sell their products - which is more than fair.  To compete to an even greater degree in our market, by cutting overhead and other fees associated with delivering our products to our customers we can sell our products even lower while retaining a satisfactory profit margin necessary to run our business.  Everyone wins with Supermart Bazaar!

Mark Diles

Prolitigation LCC CEO

Mark Diles is the acting CEO of Prolitigation LLC.

Mark has worked in the Finance, Computer, and Marketing industries for over 30 Years in San Francisco, California Bay Area.

Starting out in the Stockbrokerage industry, Mark worked for Charles Schwab and company  in the early years when they were considered a "good concept" in the late 1970's.  From there to Thomas White and Company another start up brokerage company and finally working as the Dividends Controller for Merrill Lynch.

After graduating trade school he begin to pursue computer programming.  Working with a long list of notable corporations:

• Oracle
• Cellular One
• Intuit
• GAP Corporation
• Siebel Systems

The skills acquired over decades of working in these industries qualifies Mark to act as Prolitigation's CEO and Chief of Operations.

Noelani Diles

Prolitigation LLC President

Noelani Diles is the acting President of Prolitigation LLC.

Noelani is known as the Heart and Soul of Prolitigation. 

Her high IQ allows her to take complex issues and scale them down simple task.  You would have to see it to believe it.

Noelani bring 13 years of business ownership to Prolitigation LLC.

Starting with Business Solutions company Projects Por Favor with handled Data Processing, QuickBooks Accounting Implementation  and Spreadsheet design.

From there she underwent a 2 year hands on Marketing Training Program which included a personal coach. 

These skills where instrumental develop products such as the "Rapid Team Builder" and later the Prolitigation Marketing System used in Prolitigation's Tax and Expense Recovery businesses.

These skills along with her extensive background in Business Consulting qualifies Noelani to act as Prolitigation's President
